Mr. Hoffman has 20 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisition advisory services as well as capital markets transactions. Mr. Hoffman's domestic and international advisory experience spans a broad range of industries including healthcare, industrial growth, business services, consumer products, food and beverage, retail, media and entertainment, aerospace and defense, and transportation.
He was a recipient of The M&A Advisor's "40 Under 40” award and has advised on sell-side, buy-side, negotiated transactions, defense advisory, going private, and capital raising mandates exceeding $10 billion in value for privately-owned, middle-market businesses as well as publicly-traded companies.
Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Hoffman spent nine years at Bank of America Securities LLC where he was focused on M&A advisory and capital raising mandates across multiple industries.
