I have 15+ years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity/Buyouts & Asset Management, NPLs/Distressed Investing, Risk Management and Technology Consulting spanning two sub-continents (Asia & Europe).
I was part of GE Equity, the Private Equity, Distressed Investing/ NPLs and Buyout investment arm of GE Inc. and was based out of Asia (Mumbai and Hong Kong). I was an Investment Professional in the GE Private Equity team in Asia, and have evaluated and worked together alongwith GE Industrial Businesses, on opportunities focusing on Private Equity/Buyouts and M&A/Joint Ventures/ Sourcing (for GE Industrial Businesses) in Asia, across Energy, Healthcare and Transportation (Aerospace & Infrastructure). I also worked as an LPs/FoF evaluation for the Asia portfolio of GE Inc.
On the sell-side Investment Banking, I was involved in M&A and Fund Raising and Other Strategic objectives for Corporates in India with PwC(Thailand & India), E&Y and IndusInd Bank, across sectors. I also interned in Risk Management with Bayer AG (Leverkusen), Germany in Risk Management and in Financial Restructuring & Turnarounds (post Asian Financial Crisis) with PwC Thailand.
Ritesh joined Singhi Advisors in March 2022 and operates from Mumbai office in India and has international experience in Germany, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
