Stoyan Kostadinov

Expertise

​Stoyan has been involved in numerous deals in the following sectors: energy transition and sustainability, business services, specialised distribution and e-commerce.
He has a strong expertise of all the aspects of implementing add-on strategies, especially for large multinational groups.

Since 2014, Stoyan has been in charge of teaching corporate valuation techniques in a Master's degree of the University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas.

Career

Before joining Aurignac, Stoyan worked with Société Générale CIB.

He graduated in Finance and Corporate Law from both Magistère of Finance and the Business Law Institute of the University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas.
