WIBE Group (earlier Schneider Electric’s cable support business), is a leading European provider of cable management solutions, known for high-quality systems such as cable ladders, trays, mesh trays, and support systems for such. With nearly 100 years of experience, the company delivers reliable and future-proof solutions for industrial, commercial, energy, infrastructure, and data center projects.
This transaction marks Storskogen first investment in India through its subsidiary, Wibe Group. Storskogen acquired Schneider Electric’s Cable Support business which then became Wibe Group, in 2021.
This is Singhi Advisors transaction in the year and in Industrial segment, reimposing its leadership position in Industrial segment M&A Advisory.
