With this acquisition, the industrial group, headquartered in the Basque Country and which develops advanced industrial components and solutions in mobility, energy efficiency, sensors, and e-bikes, will reach a workforce of 620 professionals distributed across 14 production plants located in along the Spanish geography
Grupos Diferenciales will contribute to the group extensive experience and a solid industrial track record in the design and manufacture of high-precision bevel gears for sectors such as forestry, agriculture, industry, and railway. Their specialization and technical expertise will allow USA Group to expand its reach in complex, high-value-added industrial applications.
The integration of this firm will allow the Basque group to add technical knowledge, specialization in transmission components, and greater sector diversification, strengthening its value proposition, based on quality, innovation, and excellence in production processes.
Through this transaction, they also seek to generate operational and commercial synergies, improving the capacity to respond to the needs of increasingly demanding and global clients.
