The Dutch company Waste Vision, a leading innovator in smart waste management solutions, has finalized the acquisition of Incitat Environnement. As one of France’s foremost providers of Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) systems for local authorities, Incitat Environnement now joins Waste Vision, Europe’s top provider of intelligent waste management technologies.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Incitat Environnement’s growth. By partnering with Waste Vision, the company broadens its portfolio with advanced waste logistics optimization technologies, enabling it to meet the rising demand from French municipalities and businesses seeking to reduce their environmental footprint.
