The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 20th Annual M&A Advisor Awards on Wednesday, November 17th at the 2021 M&A Advisor Awards Gala. Dresner Partners, Mergers Alliance partner in USA, was named a winner for Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (Under $100MM), for its role in the sale of Enviro-Log and Enviro-Log Home Products to Summit Equity Group. The Dresner deal team was led by Paul Hoffman.
