Founded in 2007 and based in Bergamo and Milan, Greenwich has established itself as a key player in Italy in the field of integrated ESG consulting. The company works with real estate developers, investors, construction and manufacturing firms, offering a wide range of sustainability-oriented services. These include consulting for obtaining environmental and building wellness certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and Fitwel, environmental and safety due diligence activities, and support for product environmental certification using tools like Life Cycle Assessment, Environmental Product Declaration, and Cradle to Cradle.
The acquisition marks a decisive step in expanding SOCOTEC’s expertise in the growing field of environmental sustainability and ESG compliance, further strengthening its development path in Italy.
