OXEYE Advisors advised The European Candy Group, a holding of Continental Candy Industries (CCI) in the Netherlands on its European buy and build program. As part of this program, CCI acquired Sula, a German manufacturer of hard boiled candies with specific expertise in sugar-free products. Through the acquisition Sula, which sells its products in Germany and the CEE, became part of CCI, Europe's largest private-label manufacturer, owned by private equity firm Bencis Capital.
