The GetraNet Group serves a wide range of industries and products: finance, advertising, law, tech-nology, science and medicine/pharmacy and chemistry. The integration into German Translation Network AG allows to exploit synergies within the group and to significantly strengthen the range of services offered by the individual agencies. The range of services includes specialist translations, interpreting and language courses.
The highly qualified, certified translators are specialists in their respective fields, including business economists, lawyers, marketing specialists and engineers.
Deal Summary
GetraNet has acquired 100 percent of the shares of RKT. This acquisition allows GetraNet to inte-grate another full-service translation agency. With RKT, it is taking over a highly qualified network of in-house and freelance translators. After the takeover, RKT will continue its business operations under its own name.
