On September 7, 2016, Guardian Group acquired the Courtyard Port of Spain hotel, by purchasing 100% of the shares of Caribe Hospitality of Trinidad and Tobago Limited from the Caribbean Property Group.
Built in 2004, the Courtyard Port of Spain is a 119-room, four story hotel located adjacent to the BHP Billiton office tower.
