Aksìa’s entry is aimed at consolidating its competitive positioning and accelerating business growth both on the domestic and international markets. The development plan also envisages the strengthening of commercial and distribution networks, the strengthening of the management team and the expansion of the product range. The final goal will be to reach new markets – with a focus on the USA – also through a targeted M&A activity and a buy-and-build strategy aimed at expanding the product portfolio.
