The shareholders of the KEBOS Group, Germany's leading specialist for water and air hygiene, have gained an investor with CONSTELLATION to further expand the strong growth potential in the quality management of (drinking) water and air, including the related inspection and maintenance services. The market for water and air hygiene services is becoming increasingly important, driven by increasing regulatory requirements, stricter ESG criteria and quality standards, and is therefore experiencing sustained and steady growth. At the same time, the laboratory service provider Dr. Brill + Kebos GmbH & Co.KG and Hygienic Solution Services GmbH will be fully integrated into the KEBOS Group.
Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of the KEBOS Group in the preparation and execution of the transaction, which was characterized by a complex shareholder structure. In addition to the overall management of a structured transaction process, the advisory services included the consolidation of the key financial figures of the entire complex corporate structure, the preparation of marketing and transaction documents, the identification and approach of potential investors, including management presentations, as well as support during the due diligence and transaction negotiations.
