Founded in Turin in 1983, MEC-DIESEL has established itself over time as a reference point specialized in engine spare parts. The company now has 24 points of sale in Europe: four in Italy, twelve in Romania and eight in Bulgaria. The proximity to the customer allows us to guarantee an excellent service by delivering the spare parts in the shortest possible time.
Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, CEI, Italian leader in the production of spare parts for trucks, buses and commercial vehicles, already part of the White Bridge Investments portfolio, in the acquisition of MEC-DIESEL, one of the major European suppliers of engine spare parts in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM).
