The company now has 24 points of sale in Europe: four in Italy, twelve in Romania and eight in Bulgaria. Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, CEI, Italian leader in the production of spare parts for trucks, buses and commercial vehicles, already part of the White Bridge Investments portfolio, in the acquisition of MEC-DIESEL, one of the major European suppliers of engine spare parts in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM).
