Colonial Life Insurance Company (Trinidad) Ltd (“CLICO”), a Trinidad based insurance company, sold its 56.53% equity interest in Methanol Holdings International Limited (a company owning shares in the Oman Methanol Company) to Consolidated Energy Limited (part of the Proman Group).
