During the initial closing diligence process, mnml’s supply chain was disrupted due to COVID-19, resulting in delays and shortage of inventory which affected performance. Montminy & Co. elected to pause the process to allow Management time to address supply chain issues and strengthen the business. The process was successfully relaunched 12 months later and mnml was successfully sold at 2x the value from the initial process.
