OnlineDoctor AG (OD) has been sold to Lohmann & Rauscher as part of a successful Exit-Deal. ODs founders and managing directors remain on board working alongside the new owners to implement the com-pany’s long-term strategy and to ensure its continued growth potential.

Since its foundation in 2016, OnlineDoctor AG developed from a startup into a leading online dermatology services company in Germany and Switzerland with an outstanding network of over 700 dermatologists and leading health insurance companies.
Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the selling shareholders throughout the entire M&A process. The shareholders consisted of the founders and managing directors Dr. Tobias Wolf and Dr. Philipp Wustrow as well as industry focused venture capital funds and private investors.
