EFIC Partners carried out a competitive sale process with strategic buyers that allowed the shareholders to maximize their exit value and protect the companies’ going concern by selecting an experienced new owner in the sector. We negotiated a deal structure that involved spinning off the company’s real estate to a NewCo owned by the previous shareholders’, the assets will be rented to Peruquimicos granting the previous shareholders’ a long-term income flow. Also, we coordinated the financial and legal due diligence.
