POMONA GROUP (groupe-pomona.fr) has acquired the Spanish companies "DIL" (congeladosdil.com) and "DECASA" (decasa.es).
POMONA GROUP is the French leader in the distribution of food products to HORECA businesses. The group has more than 5,000 million in turnover, a presence in nearly 90 regional offices in France and Spain and almost 12,000 employees.
Founded in 1967, Congelados DIL is specialized in the distribution of food products, mainly frozen products, to restaurants and hospitality. Based in Castellón (Valencian Community), it employs 80 people and generates sales of 34 million euros in 2023.
DECASA acts as a purchasing center for food products with a network made up of 34 associated distributors throughout Spain.
DIL and DECASA represent the fifth acquisition of The POMONA GROUP in Spain.
