Deal Summary
InterCapital's Investment Banking team acted as a buy-side advisor to Quattro Logistika in the acquisition of Poslovni Park Zagreb (“PPZ”) from a consortium of three major Croatian pension funds.
For the purposes of the acquisition, Quattro logistics was recapitalized in the amount of HRK 325 million by the pension funds PBZ Croatia osiguranje and Erste plavi, and the insurance company Croatia osiguranje.
