Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Teco, a leading Italian provider of Health, Safety, and Environment (“HSE”) consulting services, in establishing a partnership with SPE, a European private equity fund focused on the mid-market.
The transaction establishes a strategic partnership with founder and CEO Ivano Poggi, who will retain a significant stake and continue to lead the company alongside the management team.
