Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, advised the shareholders of Tillmanns, a well-established italian distributor of specialty chemicals, in the sale of 100% of the shares to IMCD Group, a global leading partner for the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients.
This transaction is aimed at further strengthening IMCD presence in Italy while better covering new sectors as industrial and food&nutrition.
