Ethica Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of T&J Vestor, active in the design and home furnishing, in the sale of its operational activities to Missoni.
Founded in 1921, T&J Vestor operates in the home textile industry, mainly with the Missoni Home brand, with a complete product assortment, from home linens to textile, from carpets to complementary accessory pieces. T&J Vestor boasts a solid international presence with showrooms in Milan, Paris, London and New York.
The integration of the company with the Missoni group will enable further growth in the home collection and design projects by Missoni Home, with the aim of valuing the long-standing collaboration on an international scale, also in the contract and hospitality segment.
