OXEYE Advisors was engaged by Ter Beke to assist on the acquisition of Offerman, the leading supplier of processed meats to the foodservice channel in the Netherlands as well as a key supplier to the Dutch retail chain Jumbo, and at the time part of Zwanenberg Food Group. Offerman was highlighted as a key acquisition target as through its acquisition Ter Beke adds a strong foothold in the foodservice channel as well as increased supply to the retail.
