Alessandro joined Ethica Group as Partner and head of LBO Advisory team in 2024.

Previously, he worked for 12 years in the Leveraged Finance and M&A advisory teams at UniCredit boasting strong expertise in structuring and executing LBO and capital markets transactions for private equity funds across Europe.

Alessandro holds a Master of Science in Administration, Finance and Control from Università Bocconi in Milan.
