Greenstone Partners, Mergers Alliance member firm in Australia, is pleased to announce the appointment of new Partner, Leo Feros. Mr. Feros has over 15 years of investment banking experience across both domestic and cross-border M&A and capital markets, including private M&A, take-privates, takeover defence mandates, demergers, IPOs and a range of debt and equity capital raisings.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Mr. Feros was the Co-Head of Financial Sponsors at UBS advising private equity clients in Australia and New Zealand. At UBS, Leo also worked in the General Industrials Group covering corporate clients.
