Mark Chambers and Bill Koenig bring a combined 50+ years of capital markets, sponsor coverage and debt advisory experience as senior executives at Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, Comerica, Western Alliance Bank and City National Bank, among others. Armen Avedissian brings 20+ experience from B. Riley and FTI Consulting, advising distressed closely-held, publicly traded and sponsor-backed companies on their capital structure challenges.
