Norgestion, Mergers Alliance partner in Spain, has appointed David Rodríguez Rocadembosch as partner. Previously head of its Barcelona office, David joined Norgestion three years ago with the goal of leading and driving the firm’s growth in Catalonia.
David has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic and growth plans, fundraising, and due diligence processes. He has participated in national and international projects for large corporations, SMEs, venture capital funds, and family offices.
He began his career in the Banking and Capital Markets practice at Deloitte and later worked in M&A – Corporate Finance at PwC and Dextra Corporate. He holds a degree in Business Administration from IQS School of Management (Universitat Ramon Llull) and Fu Jen University (Taiwan), and a Master’s degree in Finance and Management Development from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
