David Hogarth

Career

He was previously a Partner at Rhino Ventures, a Vancouver-based venture capital firm where he spent several years investing in and working with companies in the technology, healthcare, and financial ecosystems.

Prior to that, David was an Executive Director at CIBC Capital Markets in both Toronto and Vancouver, driving investment banking origination and execution in the technology and consumer sectors. He has advised on several billion dollars worth of transactions and has overseen an array of mandates spanning M&A, IPO, debt and equity financings, and fairness opinions.

David holds an MBA degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University.
