He advised both Corporate and Private Equity clients on sell-side, buy-side and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Proventis Partners, Holger worked for Rothschild & Co and Houlihan Lokey.

Holger holds a M.Sc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Munster.
