Jan joined Proventis Partners in 2021.
Previously, he served as an M&A Partner and Head of the Zurich office at EY.

With over 17 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance, Jan has successfully led a wide range of transactions - including M&A deals, carve-outs, LBOs, and capital increases - across Switzerland and Europe.

He advises privately held and publicly listed companies as well as private equity clients across various industries and is a member of the advisory board of a Swiss industrial technology company.

Jan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zurich and is a Swiss-certified public accountant.
