Luka Kralj
Career
Before joining InterCapital, Luka acted as a manager in Deal advisory at KPMG for seven years and has advised on 60+ domestic and international M&A projects, including transaction service advisory and valuation projects. Luka specialised primarily in transaction services and has several years of experience in managing cross-functional teams for due diligence projects. In latest stage of KPMG career, he operationally led the financial due diligence practise for Slovenia.
Prior to that Luka did a one-year internship at EY in audit between his undergraduate and master studies in Ljubljana.
Background
Luka has over 7 years of experience in corporate finance and transaction services, with a past focus on operational management of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
Luka holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.
