He previously worked for almost 8 years in the M&A team of Lazard where he supported entrepreneurs, private equity funds and corporates in the execution of M&A transactions.

Manfredi has a relevant experience of transactions in Pharma, Industrial, Energy e Consumer Goods.
He started his career in 2014 in the M&A team of Rothschild.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Università Cattolica in Milan.
