Background

Stanley supports owner-managed businesses and a range of transactions and deal types by providing financial forecasting, financial analysis and support on advisory engagements. He also helps shareholders navigate complex and challenging situations, bringing a restructuring perspective to our work with clients.

Stanley spent eight years working in restructuring at PKF Smith Cooper, where he advised owner-managed businesses on restructuring processes, wider advisory engagements and M&A transactions. He is a chartered accountant and became ACA-qualified in 2023."
