Ulrich Schneider is a Partner in the Hamburg office of Proventis Partners.
He joined Proventis Partners in 2010 and has managed, structured and completed numerous M&A transactions, often in an international context. Projects included buy-side and sell-side M&A, growth and acquisition financings as well as private equity transactions. Ulrich has special expertise in the strategic analysis of companies as well as execution of transactions.

He has developed a strong network to executives in his focus industries. His clients range from small entrepreneurial growth companies to international corporations as well as private equity funds and family offices investing in the mid-cap sector.

He has international experience in Germany, France, USA, UK, Singapore

Career

Prior to joining Proventis Partners, Ulrich spent four years as a management consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he advised large corporates and leading private equity funds on transactions and strategic issues. For several years, Ulrich worked at Fredericks Michaels & Co. in New York and London, advising European as well as North and South American companies on cross-border M&A transactions.

Ulrich has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering by Nordakademie University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and a MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France and Singapore)
