Cesar has extensive experience in advising financing processes and bank refinancing for companies within different sectors, assessing complete processes, from analysis of the business model to banking negotiation. He has also participated in numerous financial consulting projects. He supports NORGESTION’s Corporate Finance Department providing his knowledge and experience in different areas of activity.

Before joining NORGESTION in 2016 as Senior Analyst, he worked as Project Manager in AKERTON PARTNERS where he developed different financial projects. Previously he held the position of Administration Area Manager in FRANCE TELECOM.

Cesar graduated from Universidad Complutense in Madrid with a Degree in Business Administration (Pr. 2001) and has a Master Degree in Finance Management by Centro de Estudios Financieros in Madrid.
