Ethica Group – Ethica M&A Advisory advises Tikedo (WBI) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Confezioni Plax

Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, acted as financial advisor to Tikedo, Southern Europe’s leading label manufacturer with approximately €90 million in revenue and part of the portfolio of White Bridge Investments, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Confezioni Plax, an Italian company specializing in the flexographic printing of flexible packaging, particularly for the food industry. Confezioni Plax’s directors and shareholders, Marco and Massimo Leonelli, will continue to lead the business alongside Tikedo’s management team.

With more than 60 years of industry experience and operations based in Savignano sul Rubicone, Confezioni Plax is a well-established player in the flexible packaging market. The company serves customers across multiple sectors, including food, healthcare, and biomedical, and generated approximately €10 million in revenue in 2025. Its manufacturing capabilities are supported by a production facility equipped with wide-web central impression (CI) flexographic presses, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

This acquisition marks another important step in Tikedo’s growth strategy, strengthening its presence in Italy while expanding its offering through entry into the flexible packaging printing market. The transaction is fully aligned with Tikedo’s strategy of building an integrated industrial platform by bringing together highly complementary businesses. Tikedo also intends to continue supporting and enhancing the expertise, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit of local management teams, fostering sustainable, long-term growth.Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, acted as financial advisor to Tikedo, Southern Europe’s leading label manufacturer with approximately €90 million in revenue and part of the portfolio of White Bridge Investments, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Confezioni Plax, an Italian company specializing in the flexographic printing of flexible packaging, particularly for the food industry.
