Ethica Group – Ethica M&A Advisory with Tikedo (WBI) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sfinge Etichette

Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Tikedo, a leading Southern European group in the labels sector with approximately €100 million in revenues and part of White Bridge Investments’ portfolio, on the acquisition of Sfinge Etichette, an Italian company specializing in the production of self-adhesive labels.

Riccardo Riccardi, Sfinge’s current owner, will support the company during the transition period, while his son Michele Riccardi will continue to work at Sfinge, strongly believing in the company’s growth and development prospects within the Tikedo Group.

Established in 1987 and based in the Republic of San Marino, Sfinge Etichette is today a leading player in the production of self-adhesive labels and a longstanding partner to customers operating across multiple industrial sectors. The company closed 2025 with revenues of approximately €3 million and stands out for managing the entire production process in-house, including graphic design, prepress, printing and finishing.

Thanks to a diversified machinery fleet and specialized expertise developed over the years, Sfinge is able to produce high value-added labels, with a strong focus on product quality and customization. FSC®-certified, the company continuously invests in the research and development of innovative and sustainable materials, prioritizing solutions with a reduced environmental impact.

With the addition of Sfinge Etichette, Tikedo completes its third acquisition in the past three months, bringing the total number of the Group’s production facilities in Italy and the Republic of San Marino to ten. The transaction further strengthens Tikedo’s presence in Central Italy and expands its production capacity in the labels sector.
