Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Whitelab, a leading Italian testing & compliance platform, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Poliedro, an Italian company specialized in testing, inspection and quality control services for materials used in road infrastructure.
Based in Castenedolo (Brescia), Poliedro specializes in the analysis of bituminous mixtures for the road construction sector, providing laboratory services in road geotechnics and construction materials.
The acquisition further strengthens the “Materials” business unit by expanding its specialized technical capabilities and consolidating its presence in the road infrastructure sector.
