-Following an efficient settlement process through OTS and a successful Swiss Challenge, Apollo Pipes Limited (APL) acquired majority controlling stake of 53.57% in Kisan Mouldings Limited (KML) by settling the OTS consideration of ~INR 118 crs by issuing 6.4cr shares. The remaining funds were strategically allocated to settle liabilities, bolster the company's capital expenditure, and fulfill its working capital needs.
-The turnover for FY 23 was ~INR 273 crore and KML brings in an extensive range of PVC pipes, Fittings, UV Resistant multi-layer water tank and allied products. It is one of the largest manufacturers of multiple applications of pipes for water supply, sanitation, sewerage, construction, cable ducting, drinking water, tube wells, submersible pumps and other polymer products for various purposes. With a strong product profile and an extensive network of 100 dealers and 10,000 retailers.
-By integrating Kisan Mouldings into Apollo’s portfolio, they are anticipating significant geographical expansion, particularly in the Western, Central, and Southern regions, while leveraging the esteemed "Kisan" brand for accelerated growth.
