Dresner Partners, with the support of Ethica Group, advised Tecnikabel on its acquisition of EIS Wire & Cable, a South Hadley, Massachusetts-based company specializing in the design, manufacturing and sale of specialty cables. EIS operates across two main segments: (i) defense electronics, in which EIS manufactures critical components utilized by leading prime contractors of underwater detection devices used by the United States Navy and the international community of U.S. allies, such as Europe, Canada and Australia, and (ii) factory automation, serving a client base predominantly composed of global players. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
