Singhi Advisors advised Walter Pack Group (Spain) in divesting stake in their Indian Subsidiary.
SJS, a leading Indian manufacturer of plastic automotive components,acquires a 90.1% stake in Walter Pack India (WPI), a leading manufacturer of automotive interior parts.
Walter Pack Spain currently holds an 85.0% stake in WPI, with the remaining 15.0% held by Mr. Roy Mathew. Spanish multinational Antolin holds a minority stake in Walter Pack Spain. Following the acquisition, Mr. Roy Mathew will continue to own a 9.9% stake in WPI and will continue to lead the business.
