Founded in Sassuolo (MO) in 1982, Airpower today offers its customers various solutions which include complete glazing lines, tile handling machines and machines for other applications as well as accessories and spare parts. Airpower has recently incorporated a growing technological content and a greater level of automation into its machinery, allowing to improve production yields and reduce waste of glazes and other materials.
With the entry and guidance of Entangled, together with the support of the three founding partners who will remain in the company ensuring operational continuity, Airpower is preparing to begin a further phase of expansion in which it will leverage the possibility of growth both through the internal development of new types of product, both through external lines by acquiring competitors or companies active in complementary sectors.
Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Entangled, an Italian private equity firm specialized in industrial sectors, in the acquisition of the majority stake in Airpower, an Italian company active in the design and production of complete plants for glazing ceramic tiles.
