Astidental is the Italian leader in distribution of equipment and consumables for dentists, dental laboratories and networks of dental clinics. Astidental has implemented a significant development path driven by some previoulsy closed acquisitions which, together with organic structural growth, made it possible to reach approximately € 80 million in turnover. In recent years, Astidental has successfully developed its business model by focusing on digital solutions and vertical integration and has consolidated its market positioning by ensuring a widespread presence on the Italian territory.
Ethica Group acted as financial advisor in the transaction which envisages the entry of LBO France into the majority of Astidental.
The entry of LBO France alongside the management team will allow Astidental to accelerate its growth thanks to a predetermined development plan, both internal and external through the acquisition of additional companies in Italy and abroad.
