Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, has assisted Studitalia -the first entity in Italy created to aggregate excellence in the professional services sector – in the integration of the Spaggiari-Pivetti firm into the Group.
The Group continues its growth, exceeding €27 million in total turnover thanks to its latest acquisitions (Spaggiari-Pivetti and Merchants Square Professionisti Associati). Led by President Dario Mazzolini, the Group confirms its position as a benchmark player in a sector undergoing progressive dimensional and organizational evolution.
Spaggiari-Pivetti, based in Formigine (Modena), is led by Senior Partners Cristina Spaggiari and Stefano Pivetti and employs over 20 professionals. The firm provides accounting, administrative, corporate, and tax advisory services to more than 220 clients, with specialized expertise in extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganization. Under the new structure, Stefano Pivetti and Cristina Spaggiari will lead Studitalia’s first hub in Emilia-Romagna, contributing to the expansion of the Group’s presence in the region while continuing the firm’s professional activities.
