The company is one of the world’s leading providers of superabrasive solutions, serving customers across a wide range of industries worldwide.

The acquisition enhances Diprotex’s capabilities in fine-grinding and expands its ability to provide advanced, application-specific solutions across a broad range of industries. Customers will benefit from deeper technical expertise, a wider portfolio of high-performance grinding solutions, expanded production capabilities in Europe, and strengthened application engineering and after-sales support.
MA MicroGrind will be fully integrated into the Diprotex Group. The Rinteln and Göttingen sites will remain unchanged, and all employees will be retained.
