Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, acted as financial advisor to Proj.Eco Engineering S.r.l., an Italian engineering firm specializing in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) services, in its sale to Whitelab, Italy’s leading testing and compliance services platform.
The company’s co-founders, Marco Bonassi and Corrado Comi, have reinvested in the group and will contribute to the development of the HSE business unit, with a particular focus on environmental and safety services, demonstrating their confidence in the industrial plan shared with Whitelab.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Dalmine (Bergamo), Proj.Eco Engineering is an Italian engineering company specializing in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) services. Supported by a team of approximately 30 highly qualified professionals, the company serves leading clients across a range of industries, including real estate, infrastructure, retail, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), and chemicals. It provides technical, operational, and regulatory expertise and has established itself as a trusted partner in construction site safety, the design of environmental protection projects, the management of HSE powers of attorney for real estate investment funds, and the execution of HSE due diligence for real estate acquisition transactions.
Whitelab, the testing and compliance platform launched by White Bridge Investments in July 2022, will strengthen and expand its HSE business unit through the acquisition of Proj.Eco Engineering. The addition of the company’s environmental engineering, health and safety capabilities will further enhance a business area that is set to become increasingly strategic within the platform.
