Since its founding in 2004, Cosmetique Totale has grown to become the market leader in the Netherlands in the field of skin and laser therapy.
The Hague-based investment company BB Capital Investments has had a majority stake in Cosmetique Totale since 2020, which has since doubled the number of fixed and ambulatory treatment locations through strategic acquisitions. With the acquisition of the Belgian La-serontharing.be, the specialist in skin and laser therapy made its first international acquisition in 2022, followed by a part of the French chain Dépil Tech earlier this year in France and Bel-gium. In the Netherlands, Cosmetique Totale acquired City Clinics in the first half of 2023, ex-panding its offering to include injectables treatments, including botox and fillers.
Cosmetique Totale, a portfolio company of BB Capital Investments, has acquired MyDerma. With the acquisition of the German chain of skincare clinics, Cosmetique Totale, the market leader for cosmeti-cal treatments in the Benelux, is growing to over 80 locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.

After comprehensive research of the German market for skin care clinics and the establishment of contact with the shareholder of MyDerma, Proventis Partners carried out an initial evaluation and supported the strategic analysis of the target company as well as the further transaction process.
