OXEYE-MONTHIS advised Plukon Food Group on the acquisition of the family owned poultry integrator Avimosa.
Avimosa is a prominent family company and a specialised, integrated poultry processor with over 100 years of experience, generating EUR 56m in revenues in 2025.
Since 2020 MONTHIS has assisted Plukon as M&A advisor in entering and subsequently expanding in the Spanish poultry. This marks the fifth acquisition in Spain for Plukon and further strengthens its position in the Spanish poultry market.
