Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, assisted Socotec Italia in the acquisition of IMG, a company specialized in complex monitoring systems in the geotechnical and structural fields.
The acquisition of IMG strengthens Socotec Italia's team of 700 professionals, in particular for the design, supply and installation of complex geotechnical and infrastructural monitoring devices, as well as the automation of data processing and dissemination through the use of the DDS (Data Dissemination System) a customizable Web-GIS system developed by the company.
